Penelitian ini membahas rekonstruksi konsep diplomasi bisnis ala Rasulullah SAW dalam perspektif politik ekonomi Islam sebagai respons atas tantangan globalisasi, ketimpangan ekonomi, serta fragmentasi etika dalam praktik diplomasi ekonomi modern. Latar belakang penelitian berangkat dari urgensi mengintegrasikan nilai profetik—seperti amanah, keadilan, transparansi, serta anti-monopoli—ke dalam arsitektur ekonomi kontemporer yang sering terjebak pada orientasi materialistik. Menggunakan metode studi pustaka, penelitian ini menganalisis sekitar 20 sumber primer dan sekunder, termasuk kitab sirah, hadis, literatur ekonomi-politik Islam, dan laporan lembaga internasional. Pendekatan tematik-historis-komparatif digunakan untuk menelaah praktik diplomasi Rasulullah di Madinah, membandingkannya dengan diplomasi ekonomi modern, serta mengidentifikasi relevansinya terhadap industri halal global dan kebijakan publik masa kini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diplomasi Rasulullah menekankan integritas pasar, perlindungan kelompok rentan, dan stabilitas sosial sebagai fondasi ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Nilai profetik terbukti kompatibel dengan prinsip tata kelola modern, namun implementasinya dalam negara Muslim masih terhambat oleh orientasi pasar liberal, komersialisasi industri halal, dan kebijakan yang belum berbasis etika. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model diplomasi bisnis profetik dapat menjadi kerangka strategis bagi pengembangan kebijakan ekonomi syariah, standardisasi halal, pemberdayaan UMKM, dan diplomasi internasional. Diperlukan pendekatan integratif dan inovasi kebijakan agar nilai profetik tidak hanya menjadi wacana moral, tetapi dapat dioperasionalkan sebagai dasar tata kelola ekonomi modern.
