Transformasi digital telah mengubah secara signifikan pola interaksi sosial mahasiswa dan menghadirkan tantangan baru dalam proses pembentukan akhlak di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi. Perkembangan media sosial, teknologi komunikasi digital, dan konektivitas internet yang semakin luas telah mendorong pergeseran aktivitas sosial dari ruang fisik menuju ruang virtual. Perubahan tersebut tidak hanya memengaruhi cara mahasiswa berkomunikasi, tetapi juga memengaruhi proses sosialisasi, pembentukan identitas, serta internalisasi nilai-nilai moral. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis transformasi interaksi sosial mahasiswa pada era digital dan mengkaji implikasinya terhadap pembentukan akhlak mahasiswa.
Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review dengan menelaah berbagai artikel ilmiah yang relevan mengenai interaksi sosial digital, perilaku mahasiswa, media sosial, perkembangan sosial-emosional, pendidikan karakter, dan psikologi Islam. Literatur diperoleh dari berbagai basis data ilmiah bereputasi dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola temuan, hubungan konseptual, dan kecenderungan penelitian terdahulu.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi interaksi sosial mahasiswa ditandai oleh dominasi media sosial, berkembangnya komunikasi instan, meningkatnya relasi virtual, serta munculnya interaksi hibrida yang menggabungkan komunikasi daring dan luring. Perubahan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan smartphone, budaya digital, globalisasi informasi, dan algoritma platform digital. Kajian ini menemukan bahwa teknologi digital memiliki implikasi ganda terhadap pembentukan akhlak. Dampak positif mencakup penguatan literasi digital, peningkatan kolaborasi sosial, perluasan akses terhadap pengetahuan dan nilai moral, serta berkembangnya komunitas berbasis nilai. Sebaliknya, dampak negatif meliputi menurunnya empati, meningkatnya kesepian, berkembangnya individualisme, dan melemahnya kualitas komunikasi interpersonal.
Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa teknologi digital telah menjadi lingkungan sosial baru yang berperan penting dalam pembentukan akhlak mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, integrasi literasi digital, pendidikan karakter, dan penguatan nilai moral diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan manfaat transformasi digital sekaligus meminimalkan risiko sosial dan moral yang ditimbulkannya.
