Islam and Digital Ethics: The Moral Challenges of Generation Z in the Era of Digital Transformation

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis berbagai tantangan moral yang dihadapi Generasi Z dalam ruang digital serta mengkaji relevansi nilai-nilai Islam sebagai landasan etika digital. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka sistematis (systematic literature review), penelitian ini menghimpun dan menganalisis literatur ilmiah dari berbagai sumber bereputasi yang terbit antara 2015-2025. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Generasi Z Muslim di Indonesia menghadapi empat bentuk degradasi etika digital utama: penyebaran hoaks dan disinformasi, cyberbullying dan ujaran kebencian, paparan pornografi digital, serta budaya validasi sosial dan pencitraan diri berlebihan. Nilai-nilai Islam seperti tabayyun, amanah, iffah, dan muhasabah terbukti relevan sebagai kerangka etika digital yang mampu menjawab tantangan tersebut. Implikasi penelitian ini mencakup pengembangan model penguatan etika digital berbasis Islam melalui sinergi antara keluarga, institusi pendidikan, komunitas keislaman, dan kebijakan publik. Penelitian ini berkontribusi memperluas kajian etika digital melalui perspektif Islam sekaligus memberikan kontribusi konseptual bagi pengembangan literasi digital berorientasi pembentukan karakter generasi muda.
